Fascinated by art ever since his early childhood, Moïse Togo began his university studies in the Legal and Political Science Faculty in 2009–10, but then his artistic ambitions led him to the conservatoire in Bamako (Mali). His training there allowed him to prove his talent as an artist and to learn from professional artists. After five years of study, he gained a Master 2 in multimedia, which is the field he has worked in ever since. He currently holds a grant awarded by the French government through the Bakary Diallo prize at Le Fresnoy - Studio National des Arts Contemporains.
