Mathilde Reynaud

Born in 1994, Mathilde Reynaud lives and works in Lyon (Rhône).

When studying at the Visual Arts faculty in Saint-Étienne between 2013 and 2015 she developed and interest in theoretical reflection on art practices, and featured in several exhibitions (drawings, photographs, installations).

In 2015, she moved to the École Supérieure d'Art et de Design de Saint-Étienne and obtained the DNSEP (Media option) in 2019 with the congratulations of the jury. Always questioning the image, her practice became digital, specialising in 3D computer graphics and moving images.

She has had exhibitions in South Korea and France.

In 2020, she continued her research within the framework of the DSRA (Higher Diploma of Research in Art) at the digital research unit of the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts de Lyon. She also works there as a 3D technical assistant in the NRV lab, a digital research laboratory working on realities and virtualities. She collaborates on the CYBER_CAVE project at ESAD Orléans. In 2022, she entered Le Fresnoy -- Studio national des arts contemporains.
